In resistive touch screen technology, mobile front glass panel is covered with three different sheets. Conductive and resistive sheets are placed on the glass with a space in between and upper layer is coated with a protective layer to keep the screen save. When we touch the screen with the finger or stylus both layers, conductive and resistive strike and send the outer message to the OS. There touch is analyzed and locate the point of touch and send back the information to carry out the command. In all this process outer most layer performs as a protector of the screen.
